We are continuing our campaign to reduce unnecessary recalls, that we call Never Events, a concept from the healthcare sector. In this latest update we have been looking at the recall numbers for 202o and 2021 so far, and unbelievably, almost half of all UK, and almost 20% of US FDA, food recalls would be classified as Never Events according to our definitions.
